CDs

From The Hip (LTMCD 2314)

All eight tracks from the original Factory album plus both 12? remixes of Looking From a Hilltop, unreleased 12? versions of the Back to Wonder/Beating Heart single, and two versions of the 1985 electro update of Dirty Disco. Over 70 minutes of digitally remastered music with full sleevenotes and original Peter Saville artwork.

Love & Hate (LTMCD 2318)

All tracks from the final 1986 album together with extra including Crazy Wisdom, The Guitar Waltz, Bad News Week 12? remix, four instrumental demos and the previously unheard, haunting Just To Be with You. Over 70 minutes of music restored and remastered from the original masters, with full sleevenotes and original artwork.

Always Now (LTMCD 2308)

The entire spacey 1981 debut album produced by Martin Hannett and released as Fact 45. This remastered CD includes 9 extra tracks, including all tracks from the Girls Don’t Count (Fac 18) and Haunted (Fbn 3) singles, as well as rare compilation tracks and one album outtake, Human Puppets. The artwork faithfully reproduces the original Peter Saville jacket design, and includes full sleevenotes and facsimilie memorabilia. OUT 4/2000.

The Key Of Dreams (LTMCD 2310)

Reissue of the second studio album, originally released by Factory Benelux (FBN 14) in 1982. 14 tracks in total, including the entire original album plus compilation tracks and the singles The Beast and Je Veux T’on Amour. Original artwork reporduced, full sleevenotes. OUT 3/2000.

Deus Ex Machina (LTMCD 2316)

70 minute CD of live and studio rarities from the 1983-85 electro period. Previously unheard studio tracks include Tchaiko, 4TMI and Deus Ex Machina, while the live takes include Loving No-One, Days Pass By and Firefly (Hacienda, 3. 2. 83), The Process, Hilltop, Beneath the Blade, Inspiration and Program For Light (Baton Rouge, 2. 2. 85) and “Slinky” and Sweet Forgiveness (Preston, 22. 10. 85). All live tracks are professionally recorded, creating a powerful, eye-opening set.

Live In America And Europe (LTMCD2312)

A powerful live set originally scheduled for release on Factory US. Tracks include: God’s Playground (Pts 1 and 2), Babies in the Bardo, Trident, Dirty Disco, Sakura, Inside Out, One True Path, Floating, The Beast, You Leave Me No Choice, Warhead and Haunted, the latter a live jam with Crispy Ambulance. This set really delivers, improving on cuts featured in their studio versions on the band’s debut album.

From The Hip - In The Flesh (LTMCD2325)

Excellent live recordings of the band touring North America in 1984 to promote the album” From The Hip”

Part Primitiv (LTMCD2500)

The bands first studio album since 1986 and a strident return to form. 13 brand new tracks.

Dirty Disco (Best Of…) (LTMCD 2515)

The first ‘best of’ collection from SXXV, marking 30 years (1978-2008), featuring tracks from all phases, line-ups and albums, as well as an exclusive new ‘lounge’ version of Knew Noise. Featured producers include Martin Hannett, Bernard Sumner, Donald Johnson and Ian Curtis. Booklet includes archive images and an SXXV appreciation by fellow Blackpool lad John Robb. 15 tracks, 67 minutes of music.
